Plenox Studio provides digital services that may include website design, development, branding, copywriting, SEO, maintenance, and related consulting. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in each proposal or agreement.

We may update the public website, service descriptions, and pricing examples at any time. Published estimates are illustrative unless confirmed in writing for a specific project.

To deliver work effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide timely feedback, brand assets, content, and access needed to complete the scope.
• Ensure they have rights to materials they supply (logos, copy, images, data, and credentials).
• Designate a decision-maker who can approve milestones without unreasonable delay.
• Use staging and production systems responsibly and keep shared credentials secure.

Delays in client feedback or asset delivery may shift timelines and, when material, may affect fees if additional work becomes necessary.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Upon full payment, clients receive rights to final deliverables created specifically for their project, as defined in the agreement.
• Plenox Studio retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, internal libraries, and methods used to produce the work.
• We may showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless a written NDA or agreement restricts that use.
• Third-party fonts, plugins, stock assets, or platforms remain subject to their own licenses.

Fees, payment schedules, and accepted methods are set out in the proposal or invoice. Typical engagements may require a deposit before work begins and progress or final payments at agreed milestones.

• Invoices are due by the date stated unless otherwise agreed.
• Work may pause if invoices remain unpaid beyond a reasonable notice period.
• Out-of-scope requests are quoted separately before execution.
• Taxes, platform fees, or third-party license costs may be billed as pass-through expenses when applicable.

Timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope and timely client collaboration. We work in good faith to meet milestones, but delivery dates may change if scope expands, feedback is delayed, or third-party dependencies intervene.

Launch readiness depends on completed approvals, content, integrations, and any client-side responsibilities identified in the project plan.

We deliver professional services with reasonable care and skill. Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, specific rankings, or particular commercial results.

SEO, performance, and conversion outcomes depend on many factors outside our sole control, including market conditions, platform changes, and client content decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plenox Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site or our services.

Our aggregate liability for a given project is limited to the fees paid to Plenox Studio for that project during the three months preceding the claim, unless a signed agreement states otherwise or applicable law requires a different result.

Either party may terminate an engagement as allowed in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client pays for work completed and approved expenses incurred through the effective date. Access to unfinished work product may be limited until outstanding balances are settled.

We may suspend or end site access or services if these Terms are violated, if invoices remain unpaid, or if continued work would create legal or security risk.
